Honestly this was my first company. It was horrible. 1. Micro management 2. worst HR 3. 12-13 hours work 4. bad work culture. ( I took a long gap after this company thinking this is how coperte world is it made me scared, but right now I am working in different company which is completely opposite which made me realise how bad this company was.) only good thing was training period with manish.

Pay, work hours , HR, managers, work culture.

I only liked few of the friends i made there. Fun activities and the bond I created among others.

Dislikes

...f they are angry and moreover their ego, they will let you go the very next day. They will not pay the incentives and in some cases even your salary. Managers there are not qualified, no skills, just because of tenure the are at that levels. The say it is monday to friday but the will force you to extend daily and come over weekends. Managers have poor communication skills. Even if you spend 5.5 years, like in my case, they don't care.

Bit stressful but if you're on a good package then it is adjustable, because they offer same job no matter what is your experience (almost same) but again your experience matter when I'm talking about annual package.

Dislikes

I don't hate anything for real. It is just that submissions are not easy and type of clients SPF is dealing with is stressful and hard to find candidates on positions given. Not impossible tho... FYKI

Manager was really supportive and WFH is a crucial factor as well.

Partiality between male and female employee. One of my friend was fired by a POSH complaint by one of her teammate where everyone was making light jokes and one of the girl got offended and rest all the girls ganged up and made false allegations on him and he was eventually fired.

My experience with this company was one of the worst I've ever had. Initially hired for remote position, they later insisted i work onsite, despite our Agreement. when i resigned they demanded for 60 days notice period, once i was denied to do so they sent multiple court notice to my home for recovering 940000 rs. Also they can fire people on very same day without any clarification.
