Need to increase the salary for employees because they are giving the same salary for even 2 years experience candidate & 8 years experience candidate. Ask your manager to give respect to employees, They are treating employees like animals

Job secure ?? Personnel Financial growth is very slow , bonus?? Internal team(precision) technically no support to site Engg , because of they ask support plan?? Major drawback and customer going to bad think.

You will mostly work on client places, so you learn more knowledge and develop high level skills with top clients.

Salary is low No work life balance, of you work in client you need to be work 24*7 and also sometimes need to work for 2 days continuously without sleep. No promotion and hikes. Managers are harsh if you ask one day leave for emergency too.. No other benefits, if you own interest to learn new skills and gain knowledge only you consider this company

...any actual leave even overtime every month on the name of customer satisfaction. I have worked here for 3 year but no any salary growth no good life balance even how much they pay to me it's not sufficient to leave basic life. So please avoid to join this type of companies.
