Biased work culture from management. Our concerns never heard. Variable pay is just name sake and not paid for more than years. They treat very badly after resignation and delayed full and final settlement, it took almost 75 days to clear.

I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses."

I don't like anything specific about this company as this company doesn't provide job security to his employee and it's mangers regisgn from company on behalf of there employee and later employee got details about this.
