Specifically, I have witnessed or heard about: - Excessive workload and long hours without adequate compensation or recognition - Lack of autonomy and control over work - Verbal abuse and humiliation by management - Discrimination and favoritism - Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses."

I don't like anything specific about this company as this company doesn't provide job security to his employee and it's mangers regisgn from company on behalf of there employee and later employee got details about this.
