Less hike,no transparent Appraisal,for 10 years tenured person 4.71 LPA is the salary even if you have received B band in your appraisal Process,Promotion depends on the manager whom you report,he will do his favours only to his favourite ones. I have resigned from the company because of my inefficient manager who was supporting a girl who doesn't even know to type a single sentence in mail,she has been worked as security Guard (ofcourse no job is very low or high graded) when it comes to common problem i wonder she has been recruited by the same manager into an ITIS domain,the things went very worse ineffective people were kept in company i have decided to move out.

Incase if you get low rating, please forget your whole Variable Pay for whole year. Presently TCS in not considered as work life would be good.
