I like almost everything in Pratham, it one of the best company to work it or live your life because for me Job is not working with Someone its like living 1/2 of your life with them

...rtive always. Working staff are not treated as colleagues but treated as family. There is no limit for escalation in grades & salary for the deserving staff.

Very friendly and encouraging working environment. it has an open-door policy higher management is within everyone's reach, although you may not feel the need of going to higher management as people there are encouraged to help and understand each other's problems. A very nice place to work. the best part is the environment is very family-oriented. If you are a part of this company you will be a part of their family.

Dislikes

Salary is average looking at other companies, but not low. and given the work-life balance, one can compromise a little on the salary.

Very nice company to work and they gave good appraisals if worked sincerely Also the work culture there is very good and they dont fire their employees unless they have if someone violates their work policies.

The management is not good there is no transparency.
