The organization is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that market reliable, in-hence the quality of education not only in India but it's also spreading in the world. It's working collaborate in many organization and government partnership. The plus point is that this an learning organization. All of my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day and 7 day's in a week. I have to attend many govt officials meeting and internal meeting apart from office time. I have to work very carefully because I am working in the development sector as a Measurement, Monitoring & Evaluation Associate. Analysis, team support, capacity building, right data collection, training, reporting etc. are my main roles & responsibility. Sometimes, I have got another response from the organization.

This is for volunteers specially.who want experience from here.I also like my All the collegues.i am here only for collegues becoz they are very supportive,inspirational for me.

Dislikes

Very slow growth.Work pressure is double of salary.Seniors are very rude with low level employees.They behave like we are servant there.They are totally unhuman.No team work.
