Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day and 7 day's in a week. I have to attend many govt officials meeting and internal meeting apart from office time. I have to work very carefully because I am working in the development sector as a Measurement,Monitoring & Evaluation Associate. Analysis, team support, capacity building, right data collection, training, reporting etc. are my main roles & responsibility.
