The job culture is good. Everyone is supportive and understanding. Teams have a good spirit and interest towards the work. Since different divisions and teams interact, it's a great place to learn new things and improve your skills.

The work-life balance is not well balanced especially during the COVID period when everyone is working from home. The work pressure has increased many folds and even if the deliverables are on time, sometimes the further process doesn't go as smoothly as it should. Sometimes work comes with too close a deadline which becomes difficult to accomplish.
