The owner possesses strong connections that have facilitated the company’s growth, yet lacks the necessary management skills to run the business effectively. This environment lacks discipline and structured leadership, which has led me to question my decision to join the company and contribute to its success

Dislikes

In the office, I’ve observed a lack of respect and collaboration among employees. When a senior requests reports, it is often met with indifference, and even the owner seems disengaged from the situation. Additionally, there appears to be a relaxed attitude towards accountability, with some employees acting as though they are doing a favor by fulfilling their responsibilities. There are also discussions regarding caste and background, which contribute to an unprofessional atmosphere.
