Not worth working with the company as no systematic training is given and they expected everyone to know everything and expect to work for very long hours everyday. Even the employees are called to work on week offs and no compensatory leaves are given. Never ever work for this company.

It is a service based company hence always keeps itself and its employees up to date with market trends in terms of technology. Moreover it is Microsoft partner hence you get hands on with cloud platform Azure. The company tries to treat its employees as family which is good but also is a backdrop as it comes at a cost of professionalism.

Dislikes

As with many places, this company too compromises with policies as and when a situation arises which is not good. The management is too much biased towards company's benefits rather than maintaining a balance between the two.
