*Job security is a big joke here , they will terminate us the moment you loose your dependency in the your team ,thats the reason seniors wont support us here with a fear they may loose their job. *So called offshore manager is terrible . He became Manager to whole off shore without any basic certification in Project Management.Him and his fellow PMO are very much interested in other's lives they even have a group meeting on this topic in his cabin everyday.especially that lady PMO of 3rd floor is very cunning.This Manager makes v****r comments on women resources behind them with his fellow PMO's which is very disgusting the sad thing here is even the HR director knows all his activities but still encorages him. POSH is a big joke here .This manager doesn't have any basic technical knowledge and project management but still commands all the people and never tried to understands the issue. only talent he posses is Politics , his politics are worse than neighbor state politics.He is very much greedy for power , we should nod our head for whatever he says else he will finds ridiculous reasons to terminate employees, worst part is that HR team listens and acts accordingly to his wishes. They are literally puppets in his hands cany take decisions on their own. They dont know how a HR should work and their responsibilities , they designation itself shows (human resources manager) that they must work for resources but here they work for this guy. He doesn't even have bare minimum professionalism . He is good at micro management and that too not in projects , it is in others lives. Doesn't know how to talk , how to collaborate and how to treat juniors and seniors . Labor workers are way better than him in professionalism.
