...eat place to work especially for a female employee. no employee benefits at all. no clarity on deductions from your salary and when you ask for a refund they give you unnecessary reasons and no refund for sure. no work-life balance at all.

1. Nowadays Marketing is mostly HR and Admin role, targeting only internal audience and staff - unlike the full function marketing we had earlier. They have very few marketing subfunctions now operational. Not a company for marketing people. 1A. Marketing is effectively now a junior function, this is a purely sales and BD organisation. Nothing wrong - current challenges maybe dictating it. For now, marketers best avoid. 1B. Credit does not go to the people who deserve it. 2. Zero inter-functional coordination. No one talks outside their own teams, totally siloed as though they are in different companies. Unique in the 22 years experience. 3. Obsolete technologies 4. No processes anywhere in any function 5. Deep Micromanagement, every single thing you do is checked. 6. Team Leaders frequently illtreated, JDs changed at will, teams resized without prior knowledge across departments 7. Commitments are not honoured - ever. Right from my interview to exit. Nothing was honoured. I worked only cause I was learning. Had to followup like crazy for everything from day of joining, and got only 50% success. But for this, I would have given 4 stars. Raghukul Reeti Sadaa Chali Aayi Praan Jaayi Par Vachan Na Jaayi is just booking stuff for them! 8. Few leaves. 9. The right hand here doesnt know what the left is doing. Excellent business strategy, but not when it comes to employees. It creates mistrust.

No Job security, no offer letter, no PF. they promise you to give offer letter after 3 months & show you the offer letter stating a good salary but you never get it. Incentives they promise you but nothing on paper and hence you cannot fight for it as you never get your incentives. they will terminate you without giving any notice. and when you ask them the reason they will say you didn't perform well this week. really??? what about my excellent performance in the past. I have always overachieved my target. and on top of that they will swallow up your SALARY of that month. They will ruin your career here and the mental trauma that they give is altogether a different story.
