Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I liked the concept of group incentive. Colleagues were very co-operative.

...ry unprofessional. Salaries are unpaid. Read their appointment letter carefully. It mentions salary but does not specify it is fixed salary. If there is no sale you do not get salary and even your travelling expenses are not paid. Employees are thrown out without notice. Please join if you want to but do not leave your previous job. Take a break and check the environment here. Around 9 of us left our jobs and were paid not a single rupee after one month. Now all of us are looking for new jobs.

Prachatec product was good only software wise it's not deleverd to any clients

Dislikes

No security for employees don't waste time in pracha and we left from old company joined here we not learn anything,no salary,conveance,allowance totally collapsed our life again we searching job
