I liked the concept of group incentive. Colleagues were very co-operative.

Dislikes

It is a startup company which failed to deliver. The management is very unprofessional. Salaries are unpaid. Read their appointment letter carefully. It mentions salary but does not specify it is fixed salary. If there is no sale you do not get salary and even your travelling expenses are not paid. Employees are thrown out without notice. Please join if you want to but do not leave your previous job. Take a break and check the environment here. Around 9 of us left our jobs and were paid not a single rupee after one month. Now all of us are looking for new jobs....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
