If i talk about this organization performance in COVID-19 pandemic they supports to employees for safety percussions and provide healthy food only... not do more than that....

... HR u will get a positive feed back from others even if u don't do nothing....only these peoples get increments and bonus and all other benefits most of the peoples joined like the same...with reference.. unreferenced candidates career is not good in upcoming days...

I think this company not provided good accommodation and food,then they are cutting money in my salary but they are not provided snacks. they are every month they are cutting provident fund but still now I am not received provident fund number, that the company administration is very worst,if any problem we are subject means no one can take try to solve this issue ,8 hours only they are told to do work,but they are saying you do 12 or 20 hours,like this is very affected human body condition. no money given, if I am doing work time no money totally not good.

my deep concern regarding my current salary. As we are aware, I have been working diligently for your company as a trainee engineer and salary is too low. According to my point of view the salary should be in between 3.5 to 4.5 lpa and i get approximately 13000 in hand

...r management but the site incharge is busy in his own business not for company . He only to manage means cut the salary of people. But didn't know the way how save the company and its culture.

...any more , it is a good banner company , management is very good at many points. Salary Increment is good, work independently , Teamwork is very nice all the employee is very cooperative and disciplined etc.

I dislike company Salary Credit process, after completing 02 months service , on third month we are getting 01 month salary , Company are not good to recruiting correct candidate , Specially On Higher level they are not selecting right candidate
