I would like to this company, only one flexible nature.

I think this company not provided good accommodation and food,then they are cutting money in my salary but they are not provided snacks. they are every month they are cutting provident fund but still now I am not received provident fund number, that the company administration is very worst,if any problem we are subject means no one can take try to solve this issue ,8 hours only they are told to do work,but they are saying you do 12 or 20 hours,like this is very affected human body condition. no money given, if I am doing work time no money totally not good....Read More

Power mech is a operation and maintenance company, but we are working in a client side. client side was very good culture.but my side company is very worst.

Based on the client work nature is going... Worst client - Coastal Energen pvt ltd, Tuticorin. They don't have systematic work, Instrumentation dept - Worst, no work life balance, no Public holiday,. They treat like you slave..

No matter how much can be said about this company,It will be less. Because this company seems to have good growth,it would be good if we had it in Ap too, but recently Meenakshi power plant also took O&M.This is a company with 100% job security.
