The company is very good, the people working in it and all my seniors are also very supportive. There is a lot to learn in this company. Work life and personal life can also be maintained in this company. The company has tried its best to provide the best facilities to the working employees.

Dislikes

Everything is good in this company, but there are no facilities for the offrol employees, neither salary increase nor promotion, but the offrol employee is working as much as the onroll employee.

It is doing witch hunt of MFL employees. Only company which doesn't pay salary as per CTC mentioned Policy making is always to cut salaries, allowances incentives Intimidates people either to terminate or transfer to HO. Human Resource Department is most inhuman. They will show hell during notice period. Asking to deposit notice shortage amount first for early reliving. Earned leaves are paid as per basic salary. Short of notice will be dedcuted on Gross salary which one will never earn in his life time this company. Leave credits are not adjusted for short of notice period. Even you serve entire financial year you are not paid bonus which is part of CTC in final settlement. working days are not as per HR policy. Saturday Sunday, Public holidays all are working days

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable highquqlity products a'd has a global client base,and this company admostfair is also god.Another plus point is thats my colleagues come form various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Company is very good but our bosses were not supportive. They used us to share their workload but at the time of appraisal increment in salary was very few. U can understand from this my salary overall increases Rs 2900/- (Twenty nine hundred only) in more than 5 years and in these years my productivity was good . I have got transferred 3 times and promoted 1 time . And also my rating was ( More than expectation) in these years. This company believes in internal transfer for career growth but bosses won't let you go because once your vertical is changed then who will help them to do their work.
