Everything. Most importantly, they fire anytime to anyone irrespective of their level in the company. A lot of politics on higher level. Moreover, typical Indian culture. People on senior positions have hired their own people and they are sucking the talent within organization.

no work life balance, after 15th no SUNDAY offs -- you need to work even on SUNDAYs dont even talk about Saturdays on which you cant ask for offs. After 15th they will leave you for home at 8 or 9 pm and expect to work from home after dinner... so you endup closing at least 11.30-12 if not 1.30-2 AM. no salary hikes as compared towork done, failed promises, they will promise you for many things but wont fulfill anything. I'm very happy to work with poonawala team I would like to say.. truly it's my family really the whole environment and office staff each and every one has a good nature and speaks with heart I'm really really happy to work them ..but it's my bad luck or what I was left the company literally I felt very very regret about to come out the company..I'm sorry friends miss you all
