- Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption to business processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
