Manager spends whole time on twitter, Instagram and they expect other people should work on their behalf. He feels like he is son in law of the company and no one is looking at him but it’s nothing like that everyone knows that he is doing nothing at all.

Salary and Incentives structures frequently changed All days are working despite mentioned as holidays as per calendar Politics in promotions. its hire and fire. There is no Human values. Dignity is least. Zero skill development. They suck your blood and there after they kick you out ruthlessly. Sponsoring events they buy trophies as Best Brand to Work, Great Place to Work etc. Worst working culture. No one who knows this organization would join. Despite decent hikes were offered, no one is willing to join. People who left were offered 30% hikes still not joined back. So company is doing Campus recruitment as no once would know the situation of the company. Huge attrition numbers speaks the Cultue

People with high pride with zero ground knowledge are running the company. Poor decisioning skills. all the decision taken in last 2 years have failed. Building book by acquiring portfolios of small companies Or Co-funding methods. It is not actual Organic growth

The work culture of the company is very bad the way boss talk with there employes are worst they even call at mid night and shout with out any reason they do the same thing whole day.

Only PRO about the company is, MARKET REPUTATION. Because of Poonawalla surname, people attract to know if you are working with Poonawalla and that too in that astonishing building in KP

It is doing witch hunt of MFL employees. Only company which doesn't pay salary as per CTC mentioned Policy making is always to cut salaries, allowances incentives Intimidates people either to terminate or transfer to HO. Human Resource Department is most inhuman. They will show hell during notice period. Asking to deposit notice shortage amount first for early reliving. Earned leaves are paid as per basic salary. Short of notice will be dedcuted on Gross salary which one will never earn in his life time this company. Leave credits are not adjusted for short of notice period. Even you serve entire financial year you are not paid bonus which is part of CTC in final settlement. working days are not as per HR policy. Saturday Sunday, Public holidays all are working days
