...ired person. very very poor response in casual labour (Temporary workers) side . They dont give reasonable salary to them and dont give other benefits also like bonus, pf, etc.. Staff are getting high salary. but they are not working and dont have knowledge also. but most of the time working casual labour only.. Administration very very poor. This type only most of the corporation. thats why Tamil nadu dont get good level. over all the company is very very poor in review.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
