The company is government concern. It is working under Tamil nadu electricity board. All the department very poor in technical as well as work knowledge. some of the person only do well. But they are not ready to give chance to youth or degree holders. No recruitment in past 20 years. They are mostly retired person. very very poor response in casual labour (Temporary workers) side . They dont give reasonable salary to them and dont give other benefits also like bonus, pf, etc.. Staff are getting high salary. but they are not working and dont have knowledge also. but most of the time working casual labour only.. Administration very very poor. This type only most of the corporation. thats why Tamil nadu dont get good level. over all the company is very very poor in review....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
