The company is government concern. It is working under Tamil nadu electricity board. All the department very poor in technical as well as work knowledge. some of the person only do well. But they are not ready to give chance to youth or degree holders. No recruitment in past 20 years. They are mostly retired person. very very poor response in casual labour (Temporary workers) side . They dont give reasonable salary to them and dont give other benefits also like bonus, pf, etc.. Staff are getting high salary. but they are not working and dont have knowledge also. but most of the time working casual labour only.. Administration very very poor.
