...ed. They treat their employees like slave. There is no work life balance at all. They tempt to offer huge salary but, it's a salary justification job. If u can't justify your salary they will be put in pip and finally sack u. Atmosphere in the office is just poor.. lots of partiality and groupism u will be see. They just want sales no matter what's going on in ur life or what r u facing they don't care.. i don't recommend to anyone join this. If u want u can experience of this.

...our job properly. And in the floor with with all of them it feels like a family. Huge incentives with cryatal clear calculations and on time salary and no unnecessary duductions

We dont get public holidays i can understand at the end we will get the incentives but everyone should enjoy holidays

hi guyz , i have worked with polocybazaar for almost 3.5 years as a senior sales conusltant , all i can say that policybazaar is worst company in india here are my some valid points below : >no career growth opportunity >worst management and managers, they will not support you at all , they just want work , work , work >your team leaders and managers doesnt care about your mental health , they dont care about your family problems , they are just selfish and only want work from you > dirty politics > no work timings , u cant go home without completing your daily target , no matter whether its 7 pm aur 10 pm or else your management will give you threat that they will terminate you aur fired you from your services > 365 days working , no national holidays , , no festival holidays,no leaves , just one week off per week , and on that week of your managers will force you to come to the office > very bad management, bad working environment , no proffesionalism , your managers will abuse you , giving you threat . all i can say , dont go for this company , this is just the worst company in india , and these people are just making their customers and employees fool . so i will say big NO for this company , rest if you guyz still wants to join this company , that will be your call , but u will definitely get to know within 2 to 3 months that what this company is all about . this is just a fake company . thats my honest review . thanks

I dislike about everything, the work culture is sick , they'll are make you sick by working in toxic culture,they have one agenda if you will to work on your weekoff ,I will provide you better leads flow so that you can complete their tasks,they will force you to work even if you have a high fever ,no humanity, I would suggest don't go there.

This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money
