A Graduate passing out from a college who wish to work in Sales Platform for them I guess this would be a very great platform to learn as it has some unique benefits such as Interaction with hundreds of consumers, ability to develop communication skills and such.

Value need to be provided by the way one communicates. 4) Incentives that you earn over and above your salary are sometimes stuck in terms of Mis-Commitment which you ultimately don't know what you have miscommited. 5) HR is least bothered of why are we leaving the Job. ( Review from leaving Employees for no reason is of utmost importance which I feel ).

no work-life balance in fact your TL will ask you to sit for extra hour for the booking. they treat you like a robot like if your tea break is of 15 mins then its 15 only you can't do it 16 and in 15 min you have to go to the cafeteria and have tea or food what ever you want to and come back to the floor. They use to do micro manage the things.

The work culture and management is very bad . To be honest they support there favourite people, only they grow and people who work hard have no value here to be honest ,sending female employees home late they don't care about women Safety , no cab facility The chances are more for promotion but only if you gel well with seniors

I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days.

...home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time. They are planning for how to cut salary of employees but also not planning how to increase salary. I'm submitting this but please don't discover my name anywhere coz no one wants to speak about al these things.

Now I don't like anything in pb because now company is only explotating employees. Not giving there hard work money be giving issues.

Dislikes

No value for hard work, too much deduction in salary , no work life balance, too much pressure, bas work culture, harrasment by leaders, no leaves ,over all now company is not for work, it's only place for being exploited.
