A Graduate passing out from a college who wish to work in Sales Platform for them I guess this would be a very great platform to learn as it has some unique benefits such as Interaction with hundreds of consumers, ability to develop communication skills and such.

I have been in PolicyBazaar for approx 6 months. Let me brief you out a bit negative points:- 1) Relationship Manager that they provide are of no use ( Health Sector ). 2) Issues with your Immediate Team Lead is never taken into consideration properly. 3) Everyone deserves respect and one being known about reaching targets very nicely. Value need to be provided by the way one communicates. 4) Incentives that you earn over and above your salary are sometimes stuck in terms of Mis-Commitment which you ultimately don't know what you have miscommited. 5) HR is least bothered of why are we leaving the Job. ( Review from leaving Employees for no reason is of utmost importance which I feel )....Read More

Policybazaar gives a good salary and insensitive which no other company gives. If someone really wants to earn money then join Policybazaar because it is the best company in Gurgaon. It also gives job to 12th passed people.

Dislikes

The timing here is bad, some people are allowed to rock till 9 o'clock if their target is not achieved. Be it a girl or a boy, they stop everyone, it doesn't matter to them whether you come or pass out of fear.

It was my first job. The experience was good. I learned a lot of new things: working cooperatively in a team, enjoying each sell with a bell ring and applauding by all the floor colleagues. If you couldn't complete your individual daily target, the pressure from your team leader, senior colleagues and managers would keep increasing as the day will pass. In the end they would ask to work for extra 2 hrs, if also you don't have serious work. They would just make you keep sitting in their till everyone leaves. In additionto that they would also scold you. I worked for seven months there. Since it was my first job, I was unaware of the practical challenges that you come during the sell. But, however, hectic the day would be in the end I would feel that I have improved a bit: in understanding the customers.
