Policybazaar gives a good salary and insensitive which no other company gives. If someone really wants to earn money then join Policybazaar because it is the best company in Gurgaon. It also gives job to 12th passed people.

Dislikes

The timing here is bad, some people are allowed to rock till 9 o'clock if their target is not achieved. Be it a girl or a boy, they stop everyone, it doesn't matter to them whether you come or pass out of fear.

Likes

A Graduate passing out from a college who wish to work in Sales Platform for them I guess this would be a very great platform to learn as it has some unique benefits such as Interaction with hundreds of consumers, ability to develop communication skills and such.

Dislikes

...g targets very nicely. Value need to be provided by the way one communicates. 4) Incentives that you earn over and above your salary are sometimes stuck in terms of Mis-Commitment which you ultimately don't know what you have miscommited. 5) HR is least bothered of why are we leaving the Job. ( Review from leaving Employees for no reason is of utmost importance which I feel ).

I dislike about everything, the work culture is sick , they'll are make you sick by working in toxic culture,they have one agenda if you will to work on your weekoff ,I will provide you better leads flow so that you can complete their tasks,they will force you to work even if you have a high fever ,no humanity, I would suggest don't go there.

This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money
