The work culture is not as per I wanted.

...their policies frequently only for their benefits. Appraisal system is very bad. After appraisal they don't give the salary the next month, they give the incremented salary after 2 months. They give good ratings to only a couple of people who are close to senior management. An if you are honest to your work and you don't do buttering then you will not get good ratings. If you are on bench they can fire you anytime and they force them to spend time in office more than 9 hours else they fire them.

Fantastic work workplace and excellent pay. The HR team is lively and keeps organizing activities for us to relax and enjoy during breaks. The senior management is also very caring and looks after our needs.

Tight deadlines for project submissions.

Performance based variable pay is offered to us. It's generally an extra income that you can generate through your best performance. It's challenging, but equally motivating. You get this benefit at the end of the year and company pays it fully. I have being getting advantage of this benefit and I am happy with it.
