HR process is well defined. We have robust and well streamlined HR process and Vega-HR system in place, because of which absolute transparency is maintained. Even the HR guys are very cooperative. Till today, I haven't had any bad experience with them. They make sure thar they resolve every concern if anyone has in place for which they do their best to get it sorted. No work life balance. Sometimes needs to work on weekends too. No comp off. Micromanagement alot and no documentation is provided for work that's why alot of changes will be done before the demo due to which alot of things will break and you will be responsible for the same. Poor management.

There's no Project in the company, all the employees have to come to office daily and have to sit in chair for 9 hours long. If There's a Project, the allocation will be based on how you butter HR. The company demands rupees while leaving the company. Improper behavior if you're not close to HR. Very disappointing!

Work from office for people who are close to management. They do not have a proper working space in my location but for other location people must waste 9 hours of their daily life sitting in office chair whereas there are no projects in the company.

HR determines what rating you will get in appraisal, your manager is powerless. If you get high expectation rating HR will make it meets expectation and only dry promotions given.
