The work culture is not as per I wanted.

...their policies frequently only for their benefits. Appraisal system is very bad. After appraisal they don't give the salary the next month, they give the incremented salary after 2 months. They give good ratings to only a couple of people who are close to senior management. An if you are honest to your work and you don't do buttering then you will not get good ratings. If you are on bench they can fire you anytime and they force them to spend time in office more than 9 hours else they fire them.

It is taken can of well due to the policies, and there is no need to worry. Salary does not miss the date. An inclusive Vega-HR system is deployed and it serves to be a connect between the employees and the HR. Happy with the facilities and their caring attitude towards us is worth appreciating...

... 3)Cross competency trainings just to divert you from all that you have learnt. 4) Salary on 7th day of next month 5) No office space, just coworks where everyone settle around each other. 6) No employee oriented policies
