Feel to share my experience on getting advantage of leave encashment facility. I usually don't take leaves, until its family emergency. So, this way I am able to save much of my leaves. Because of company's leave encashment facility I am able to earn good amount on my unused leaves.

Company has no drawbacks in my opinion.

Openness amongst the colleagues and seniors is fruitful in many ways. contribution is expected from everyone and when you do, it is recognized and appreciated. they listen to your point of view and consider it on a serious note. mentorship opportunities are also presented to the deserving. you can keep expectations for speedy growth by doing the right things

The workforce has got a good mix of talent across verticals. Team spirit is kept alive through desired collaboration and co-ordination. Independent working skills also get utilized. Work life balance can be achieved with ease. Opportunities are promising.

No work life balance. Sometimes needs to work on weekends too. No comp off. Micromanagement alot and no documentation is provided for work that's why alot of changes will be done before the demo due to which alot of things will break and you will be responsible for the same. Poor management.

Toxic Managers, HR and overall work culture. Company don't give credits or appreciation where employees deserve. Sometimes senior managers abuse their juniors instead of treating with them patiently.
