Provided work from home for 7 months, work is chill 80% of the time , but the other 20% it will be extremely stressful.

Dislikes

Lot of cost cutting around many places. Don't even provide devices which pass minimum requirements required for project. And the quality of the quality assured is not good. They don't take proper interviews, and they hire pretty much anyone irrespective of their skills.

Dislikes

We can't explore all the things related to Testing, very less hikes & promotions. And also the pay is less in the initial stage. Experienced people can chill in the office.

Good only for freshers, max upto 2 years.

Dislikes

No proper salary and job security. 30% of the salary will be deducted every month due to non availability of the projects and when you're in contract, they can fire u anytime.

It is a good company to start the career as a fresher in Game Testing

Dislikes

Too much politics, higher management people are biased. Experience guys never get salary up to there pay. Promotion cycle is totally fake and biased
