Provided work from home for 7 months, work is chill 80% of the time , but the other 20% it will be extremely stressful.

Dislikes

Lot of cost cutting around many places. Don't even provide devices which pass minimum requirements required for project. And the quality of the quality assured is not good. They don't take proper interviews, and they hire pretty much anyone irrespective of their skills.

Likes

Nothing much to like about except they provide an opportunity for the fresher but with low salary, insignificant appraisal.

Dislikes

There is lot of office politics, partiality with the employees. No matter how efficiently you complete the work, you only get appreciation if you are spending 10-12 hrs in the office not doing anything productive but wasting time with the TLs.

Likes

The work hours are good especially if you are night shift. You get payed for overtime and for weekends if you have to come in and work the pay is much better

Dislikes

The management seems to be extremely partial. The hike is really really low. People get payed the same irrespective of their experience and actually knowledge or how good their review went. It only depends on the number of times you have attended KPI (helps if you are close to someone in the leadership)

Likes

Good only for freshers, max upto 2 years.

Dislikes

No proper salary and job security. 30% of the salary will be deducted every month due to non availability of the projects and when you're in contract, they can fire u anytime.
