The work hours are good especially if you are night shift. You get payed for overtime and for weekends if you have to come in and work the pay is much better

Dislikes

The management seems to be extremely partial. The hike is really really low. People get payed the same irrespective of their experience and actually knowledge or how good their review went. It only depends on the number of times you have attended KPI (helps if you are close to someone in the leadership)

It varies from project to project. Generally it's a whole lot of testing with a little bit of team management, a lot of documentation and client interactions regarding feature works.

It is a good company where if you love gaming you would enjoy but apart from that nothing much.

Dislikes

Less salary, too much politics, company is for Malayalis and only they get more attention and opportunities. They try to show that they are very cool but when you go for asking leave or for some favors then you get to see their true colors.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
