Advice for Future Employees: While the company has potential, particularly for those seeking to make an impact in a growing organization, I recommend assessing the management style and work culture closely during the interview process. It would be beneficial for the company to address these areas of concern to create a more supportive and structured work environment that values both professional growth and employee well-being. I hope this review provides helpful insights for anyone considering joining the team, and I believe the organization has the opportunity to make positive changes that will greatly benefit its people.

1. Leadership and Vision: Working under Axit Jain's management in the Business Excellence team, I found the leadership style to be highly micromanaged, which limited opportunities for creativity and independent decision-making. Additionally, the lack of a clear strategic vision often led to confusion about priorities and team objectives. 2. Project and Task Management: The organization of tasks and projects was frequently disorganized, with shifting priorities and ambiguous deliverables. This lack of structured planning made it challenging to deliver high-quality results on time and affected the overall efficiency of the team. 3. Work-Life Balance: One of the most significant concerns was the expectation to work beyond regular hours and on weekends. This created a high-pressure environment that negatively impacted work-life balance and led to employee burnout. 4. Team Culture and Professionalism: The team's culture was affected by instances of unprofessional behavior, including public criticism and a lack of empathy from leadership. A supportive and constructive work environment is crucial, and I believe improvements in communication and team management are necessary to foster a positive culture. 5. HR Policies and Support: Unfortunately, the HR policies in place seemed inadequate in addressing the concerns related to unprofessional behavior and misconduct. Stronger, more relevant HR practices are needed to ensure that employee grievances are handled with the seriousness they deserve, promoting a healthier workplace.

There is nothing to learn for experienced folks, only freshers can learn a few basics only if their supervisors get time to train. Otherwise, everyone is overloaded with too much work

Company culture is full of stress and politics. HR (Hardly Relevant) is leading a group of useless folks and creating an atmosphere full of stress and Politics. All these good reviews are written by the same group for collecting the review money of 2500 per review. How desperate the company is to hide the negative work culture and overloaded employees that they are paying cash for fake reviews. Don't fall for money, you'll regret joining here and will be made to leave within 6 months after working long hours on useless projects.
