Dislikes

Micromanagement from the boss, less yearly paid leaves, salary not up to market values, promotion given but not valued, if sick leave is taken then lots of questions are asked which make you feel interrogated. Narrow minded management.

Good for people who wants to work in core IOT field. great work culture with flexible timing. I have learned many things to improve my personal and career growth. You will keep learning some new things/Technology.

Dislikes

Little work pressure need to come on saturday sometime but you will get a comp off for that. No outing and fun friday. WFH is hard to get as you will be working oh hardware's. No PF deduction .
