...ure. Work life balance depends upon the project/manager. Poor appraisal process. No fair compensation for hard working employees. Too much internal politics. Hike only in single digits.

Promotion process is very slow. Too much compensation given to external hires. Instead try to give hikes to eligible associates working in the company.

No hike, no job security, no skill development, no easy transportation.even if you learn new technologies they will ask for experience and make you work in technology which you already know.if you do "jing jack" you will get everything else you will be cornered and make you to think resigning is best than staying there

Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary. But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.

1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue. 2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility. 3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing. 4. Little too much of micro-management
