...ure. Work life balance depends upon the project/manager. Poor appraisal process. No fair compensation for hard working employees. Too much internal politics. Hike only in single digits.

Dislikes

Promotion process is very slow. Too much compensation given to external hires. Instead try to give hikes to eligible associates working in the company.

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.

Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary. But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.

Dislikes

1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue. 2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility. 3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing. 4. Little too much of micro-management

Dislikes

Salary, benefits, appraisals, recognition is non existent. Plus there's a lot of politics here, so much that you'll wanna rip your hair off

Cognizant is the best organisation in terms of working, learning and development but poor part is Salary increment is very less and promotions almost not getting
