... 30min. They talk about trust but they don't have any trust on their employees. No incentive less salary no hikes.

First day of my internship , got yelled by the so called sr.HR sowjanya sathe for no reason. Yelled is a decent word I could use. You will be treated the worst , working hours are 9am to 6pm with 30 mins lunch break but doesn't end at 6 , may extend to 7.40 n more than that. Rude behavior towards interns. When we ask reimbursement for mobile while we purchased only cos of the company , they get disappointed. But they are ready to torture people with thier rude behavior and huge work load .

Worst treatment . Didn't find anything worthy to write that would be useful to employees. One advantage is working here will make realize that any place other than this will be good .

The company provides a lot of pressure to their employees, and I was doing an internship according to the work given the stipend was very very less. The worst company! Please do not join !!!!

I love podium systems, Here we work as a family member. n also we get many benefits. We get good guidance from our seniors & Manager. I would like to say you should join podium.

Podium system is one of the best corporate platform for ladies 🤗 Where anyone can restart there career if she having good experience and having gap in career because of any reasons.

I didn't found anything which I can dislike in this organisation. I left because of my personal reasons. May be i can rejoin Podium once I shorted my things😊🤗
