Hiring and firing, humiliation from manager without any reason, unpleasant surprise with immediate termination without any reason or notice, in the name of contract pick level of exploitation. No personal growth, No quality audio production. Most of everything politics in work place.

Extremely rude people have no professional work culture, job security is 0 and no stability. Disrespectful and mentally torturing, employees are 'baggage' and not a part of the company and there is no respect for anyone's work. Impossible tasks are asked and yet after delivered still there is no appreciation and respect for the same. Very sad work culture, and even though all your efforts are put in it'll all go down the drain as there isn't any job security and no respect.

I been working here only 3 months, i informed them beforehand that I am a clg student and require flexibility I work at night and I work on sats and Sundays I matched the targets so far even when I lacked I caught up by next week now they are telling me that me working at night is an issue,if they had informed me this I wouldn't have quit my last job to join here cause they provided me flexibility and good pay also there work flow is not streamlined and have a lot of issues been 3 months all I have been doing is correcting old mistakes

My feedback is based on 1month of my work here and this is what i saw. The structure is ill maintained and you are not supposed to ask questions. Any questions will be treated as an attack on authority. As an audio engineer, you will be treated as a labourer and you are not supposed to have any opinion at all. No one cares about quality. Unattainable goals will be given to you so you are set up for failure. If you do manage to reach your goals, the goals will be increased the next week. This will continue until you fail.
