Flexible working settings, no time bound, supportive team managers and employees, good leaves policy, no need to show our face, no time tracking, just complete the task assigned on time.

No job security, terminates the team without giving them any notice, frequently changing policies and stratigies, always hiring & firing, mismanagement of resources, focus on quantity and kills the productivity & skills and lack of opportunities. It was work from home, and the workload was do-able

Dislikes

The content we got to work with was lousy and horrible and i'm not even proud of working on it. The team lead has poor leadership values and skills. The associates and management aren't supportive. Poor salary, and on top of that they don't pay on time.

From my personal experience, as well as that of my colleagues, Pocket FM has a tendency to terminate employees without any prior notice or clear reason. It was unsettling to face this lack of transparency, which affected not only job security but also morale within the team.
