Two time biometric attendance everyday, Leaves will be adjusted with Notice periods won't pay for leaves adjusted, North Indian favourism, Improper Reporting system, Politics, Career Growth is very slow, HR is poor, No appraisal, Operation and backoffice systems are not up to date, Hire and Fire Policy.

... to everyone and put secure to his employees. Good work enviornment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and company policies are so good, appraisal are fair and giving good salary and hike and bonous also every year.

Salary package offered are very low compared to industry and balance of work and personal life gets completely disturbed. Incentive structure is unachievable
