They will never respect you , i was a top performer of international region. Nobody is understanding , no operations team. You have to do everything from sales to backend handling and even doing the pre sale! Conclusion: no work life balance and no work ethics. They say sell the course to your references. Thats their limit.

...f bde s leave and the company also conducts hiring frequently to meet the needs. Although Planetspark compensates each employee timely and even if you left doing 5 days, you ll surely get the pay for it . Even the seniors are humble unlike the bd managers at Byju's (who are infamous to yell curses on bde s).

1) Inefficient lead generation system. 2) Expensive product to be sold to the wrong audience

Worst of all companies, they will fool you by showing this hefty salary around 6 to 7 but they will not give you more than 20k in hand for 4 months , almost all of the people leave within 3 months of joining.Therefore they hire almost all of them if you apply. You will have to generate revenues of 1 lakh to get the CTC that too only 30k in hand from the churn leads that never gets converted. Work culture is toxic AF they will make you say that you will be a so called Senior academic counselor and fool other people.The company is in huge and had got funding but after it ends it will fire people. Please donot join this company.They didn't even pay my first salary.
