Worst of all companies, they will fool you by showing this hefty salary around 6 to 7 but they will not give you more than 20k in hand for 4 months , almost all of the people leave within 3 months of joining.Therefore they hire almost all of them if you apply. You will have to generate revenues of 1 lakh to get the CTC that too only 30k in hand from the churn leads that never gets converted. Work culture is toxic AF they will make you say that you will be a so called Senior academic counselor and fool other people.The company is in huge and had got funding but after it ends it will fire people. Please donot join this company.They didn't even pay my first salary.

... work culture no specific work timings, most of the time it goes up to 12-1 at night (13-14 hour shifts) with 8 hours salary no work life balance extreme work pressure extremely unprofessional ungrateful environment will ask to work on your week off( every time) overall it was pathetic working there

I like that the job is remote and is convenient for work from home.

They have made a lot of changes regarding class limit and bonus structures which is not working out for me. I am also losing out on students due to class limit.

There are some core people with whom company was started that are quite good and fabulous but PRIYANKA ARORA (HR) will never mail you back if you've any concern. And TRIPTI who is pathetic trainer, to whom you learn nothing but she can fire you anytime when she want.. And you'll have no one to talk with this because HR and others never going to listen you.

...tion. *3) If you worked from office for 25 days by going from Delhi to Gurgaon.. they're not going to pay you a penny. 4) They sales emotions to you as a trainee about working culture and pay although with parents. **5) You've to work late at night like 9 or more, because you've to take counseling session with parents..

I dislike everything at planet spark....they make people work more than 10hrs.....and if you don't meet the expectations they will deduct your salary and even if you're present at office they will mark absent .....worst company ever....worst than byjus. DONT JOIN.... PLANET SPARK IS A SCAM!!!
