Work life balance is there because there's hardly much work. Zero job security, you can get terminated anytime without any prior notice or any reason. Company is hardly able to make profit because of poor management and unreasonable organisational decisions.

Once, It used to be a very good company close to my heart, but then came an era of so called, "building leaders". Any individual who gelled well with and waged his/her tale in front of manager, was the next manager. Especially in management there is a race to get promotion and find a stupid who can fit in his/her place. Having too many managers who were themself not good performers took things in a wrong direction.

Promotions are not fair. US management is not aware of whats happening in India and they take decisions which are at best arbitrary and the right people do not get what they deserve. Management is worried just about Revenue, All talks about work life balance or a healthy environment are not factored while defining workload for the teams. Management takes decisions based on personal perception rather than logical analysis.

The salary break up could be improved as there are not many components to save tax. I would really like to have a car lease policy which can really encourage and help employees in buying a vehicle and save some tax at the same time.
