No growth, no development, no promotion, no learning or training initiatives, no provident fund, no healthcare facilities for parents, pregnancy & delivery of child not covered under healthcare insurance, no fixed cycle of increment, last increment was happened on 3rd August 2023 & I am writing this review on 09.01.2025, no provision of TOUR ALLOWANCE, only actual tour expenses are covered by company. No communication regarding incentive, you have to remind several times for the incentive then you will get incentive letter that you have not qualified for the last year incentive & you have to sign those papers. No appreciation or recognition of hard work here. I resigned from this company after serving for 8.5 years but got Rs. ZERO against provident fund as the is no provision of PF in this company, had I been worked for some other company I would have got Rs. 8 - 10 lacs as PF amount. I strongly feel that I have wasted my crucial & precious 8.5 years of time here.
