Waste managers waste distibutors we have to collect bills of distibutors for this managers will be say go and collect bills we have to produce sales we have to collect payments from retailers company is best in this company managers are waste guys
Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst.
I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow.
Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.
