Worst culture from production chief managers and the way they speak. Mr.sanjib mukharjee a top level chief manager doesn't give minimum value to employees at all and a psycho fellow

Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst. I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow. Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.
