Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst. I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow. Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.

Dominating managers, lack of professionalism-open argument, roarings.No safety for ladies, many harassment cases reported.Policies are in white and black, Quid do pro culture, Higher management least bother of happenings, No one concern about work. HR is weak as company is ruled by age old employees. If someone raise concern , it vl impact their career inspite of good policies. New initiatives in quality improvement perspections are not encouraged.Labourious work -manual Documentation ,format issuance takes 2-3 days lingering behind activities.Poor engagement activities.
