Its waste to work in engineering department here as it is completely user domination plant and no values will be given to am engineers. Worst culture from production chief managers and the way they speak. Mr.sanjib mukharjee a top level chief manager doesn't give minimum value to employees at all and a psycho fellow

Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst. I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow. Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.
